2-Week Rule for Learning Application Priorities
The 2-Week Rule for Learning
My rule for learning anything new: can I apply it in the next 2 weeks?
- If no → it's a distraction.
- If yes → I go all in.
This isnt about being ignorant, it's about being effective.
Just-in-case learning fills your head with noise. Just-in-time learning fills your toolbox with solutions.
(Exception: foundational skills if your building long-term, eg. IC to manager)
Focus your learning, win your time back.
