Bridging the Intuition-Action Gap
every hard decision i've made, my gut knew the answer immediately.
→ fire that person
→ ship that feature
→ say no to that initiative
then my brain kicks in. adds variables. complexity. doubt.
→ spreadsheets. meetings. "more data"
all to delay the thing i already know.
the gap between your intuition and your action is where integrity lives.
short gap → people trust you.
long gap → you become the manager everyone avoids.
trust your gut more. not blindly, but faster.
