At some point, your career stops being about building things and starts being about selling the why.

The worst feeling isnt failing. It's knowing you failed your team.

I learned this at the LeadDev Berlin hackathon. We got 3rd place. The idea was solid, the demo worked… and then I had to present.

I got lost in my own words. My english was a mess. I know I cost us the win.

Guess I just found my next project.
