Chasing Mastery Over Novelty

My Kindle is a graveyard of half-read books.

As an Engineering Manager, the pressure to read the next big thing is real. But instead im drowning in hot takes & shallow content. My new strategy is to re-read the classics—the ones that actually changed how I think.

Instead of chasing novelty, I'm chasing mastery of the fundamentals. I believe, It's the only way to build something that lasts.
