Making 1-on-1s Run Out of Time
Your 1-on-1s Should Run Out Of Time
The best feedback I got this week started with a warning: "I mean this in the best way possible..."
My DR then admitted he couldn't imagine what we'd talk about for 45 mins in our 1-on-1. He thought we'd run out of things to say.
We ended up running out of time.
That’s the goal. Turn 1-on-1s from a status report into a conversation so valuable that 45 minutes isn't enough.
