  6. Empower #vibecoding but require ownership - let non-engineers build, but ensure they are accountable for what they create.
  7. Let non-engineers build with AI, but they own the results.
  8. Set clear privacy and budget rules early. Use internal tools to manage data and costs without slowing anyone down.
