Raise as a Recognition Conversation

I spend 80% of that meeting telling them exactly what they do well → and why it matters. The figure becomes an afterthought.

A Slack message with the new amount? Thats a missed opportunity.

Sit down. Look them in the eye. Tell them why.

People remember the words longer then the amount.
