Procrastination Disguised as Work

I refused to let my team switch from JIRA to Linear.
They hated the decision.

I hear: "But Linear is faster/cleaner/better, with better MCP tools and agentic workflows support"
and, they aren't wrong....

But tearing down 10+ years of building workflow and automatisations isn't "improvement".
It is procrastination disguised as work.

The most important thing a leader does isn't solving problems.
Its problem selection!

Choosing what NOT to do...
-> That's what creates successful companies.
