Running Adds Real Prioritization Challenges

Started running last week. 15km, 90 minutes. 5th run ever.

The problem → I loved it. Now I need 90 minutes weekly that dont exist.

Fake prioritization is saying no while still doing everything. Real prioritization is dropping things you care about.

Mapped my life into 4 buckets:

  1. Side projects (building is what I love)
  2. Leadership at work
  3. Relationships (partner + dog who judges me daily)
  4. Health and growth (the new bucket that started this mess)
    (not in that order..)

Everything outside these 4 → gone. Not "someday." Now.

BUT even inside these 4, something has to shrink. I havent decided what yet.

Thats where real prioritization happens.

(and where I struggle the most)
