Try Again - Sign of Lazy Leadership
"Try Again" is Lazy Leadership
Saying "try again" when someone makes a mistake is often just lazy #leadership. It's an easy thing to say.
It's much harder to stop and ask the right questions:
- What did we learn?
- What's different this time?
- Is the goal even clear?
- Do you have what you need?
Endless retries without changing the inputs is just stupid.
Your job is not to give endless chances, its to help fix the system that's causing the failure.
