Is My Writing Style... an AI?

I'm worried my own writing sounds like an AI.

For years, my go-to has been using bullet points and dashes.
→ Break down complex topics
→ Get straight to the point

I used them to "visualise" my thinking.
But now, that same style is seen as a sign of AI-generated content.

It feels like I have to make my writing less clear, just to prove its' human.
